Delivery Methods and Charges

Very small orders are usually shipped by regular Royal Mail.   Larger weight items are sent by courier (usually FedEx - but this can change) economy service.  .  Should 'guaranteed next day delivery' delivery be required, the delivery charge will be as below plus a £5 handling fee (UK mainland only).

Software products (including Dg Foto Art) are usually shipped free of charge.
Remote UK (Postcodes IV, KW, HS, ZE, BT) and Channel Islands are subject to a £5 excess charge (Order value >£20).

We reserve the right to make a supplementary charge in the event that actual freight charges are higher than expected.  If this is the case you will be informed and have the opportunity to cancel or adjust your order.   You may find that no delivery charge has been added.  In this case you will be notified of the charge by e-mail and a supplementary charge made.

Some products which are not kept at this location may be subject to an additional delivery charge reflecting the costs from the manufactuer/importer.  This is generally the case in respect of certain Hahnemuhle papers, etc.  The amount of the supplement is detailed in the product description.

Special - e.g. door to door delivery can be arranged at cost.  Please call us if this is required.  Customers may collect thier orders by arrangement.  In these circumstances the delivery charge will be refunded.

Product Description

We make every effort to clearly and fairly identify our products on our website and in any other promotional material. Price comparisons and other product information are collected from manufacturers' specifications and advertised prices.

Damage in Transit

If you take delivery of any product from us and either the package or the contents appear to be damaged in transit, you can return the product to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange. Please e-mail for returns number, address and note on the envelope or box your Account Reference shown on the delivery note. No prior correspondence is necessary and your replacement will be sent by return.

Defective Product

If you consider that you have a defective or incorrect product please email customer service(Contact@opusalbums.com) and you will be contacted with two working days. If we cannot resolve the issue, you will be given a returns number and the product replaced.

Retention of Title

OPUSalbums.com retains title to all goods supplied until such time as they have been fully paid for.

Price March

If you give us proof of a better offer or published web price when you order and pay for your paper.  We will send you a cheque or credit card/Paypal refund 110% OF THE DIFFERENCE.

Warranty and No-Quibble Return Policy

All goods are sold with a full twelve month warranty (see the section above for our Returns Policy).

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any of our products they may be returned for full refund. Contact customer services (Contact@opusalbums.com) to be issued with a returns number. Do note that in order to return goods for refund only one of each product ordered may have been ordered. The remainder must be returned in their original packaging, in merchantable condition together with the opened products
