Dealer Programme

OPUSalbums.com resellers are an important part of our business.  When you sign up with us you receive the OPUSalbums dealer guide giving many good tips in selling and pricing albums.  We also issue regular dealer updates - at least monthly and you are welcome to call us at any time.

We run three dealer programmes:

Non-stocking dealers - no need to keep stock - you send us back-to-back orders and we fulfil them within 48 hours.

              Discount 25%* (retro bonus of 5% for dealers who handle more than £2500 worth of business in a calendar quarter)

Stocking distributors.  You benefit from two discounts:

1.  The 25%* dealer discount

2. The discount assocaited with the quantity purchased.  (So if youorder 10 units of a product and the price for that is 15% below the single unit price you will attract discounts - 37% in this case.

The full discounts are available only on products where we have distributor status.  Where we are acting as a dealer ourselves the dealer discount will be 10%.  However the full discount applies to:

• Innova and Olmec paper
• OPUS albums 
• ColorJet creative papers

Order Fulfilment

For product that you do not stock, we will ship orders to your customers directly in full confidence.  They will have a delivery note from Incartek - which cannot accept orders from them.  Or we will ship with your paperwork. We will of course keep no list of customers and will make no contact with them (unless they are already our custoemrs, or they approach via our website etc).

Sale or Return Stock

We understnd it is very difficult to estimate the likely sales of our products.  We therefore offer a 30 day sale or retun programme, agaisnt a pre-authorised credit card.  Full discount is given to product returned in  a resaleable condition at the dealer's expense within 30 days.

Affliate Programmes

If you do not want to get involved with selling our products - then just put a link on your website or e-mails and direct your customers to us.  We do not take them from you.  All sales to those customers are tracked so that you receive affilate commission on all sales to those customers who are referred to us by you.

Direct links are managed by ClixGalore to ensure that you are serviced quickly, paid regularly and can check on the status of your account.  Repeat business is currently advised on a quarterly basis (We are working on an automatic system.)
