You need to Replace your Dg Foto Art Dongle?
You may:
- Replace dongle for Dg Foto Art Gold (Windows/Mac)
- Replace dongle for Dg Foto Art Essentia
- Replace dongle for Dg Foto Art Classic
Replace your faulty Dongle for a new Dongle for just £40 (includes shipping & handling charges)
If you have Dg Foto Art Classic or Lite replacement dongles are no longer available. We recommend that you upgrade to Dg Foto Art Gold and have introduced a special upgrade programme to make the added functionality readily available.
With Dg Foto Art Gold we will send you new installation disks - for both Windows and Mac. The same dongle works with both.
There is regretfully no longer a replacement dongle for Dg Foto Art Lite. We would suggest you purchase Dg Foto Art Essentia or Gold instead.
Your replacement dongle/s will be shipped to you only after we receive your faulty dongle with the registration details. We will advise you of the shipping address on receipt of your order for a replacement dongle. You should use couirer or recorded mail.
We are not liable for not receiving your faulty dongle/s. If we do not receive your faulty dongle we are not entitled to ship the replacement dongle and also refund the amount.
Please provide us with the serial number of the dongle. You may use the contact form below or the comment line on the order form.
Note - this is for replacement dongles - If you need to use more than one copy of Dg Foto Art Gold simulaneously? - Then you need the 'Client Versions'
