Don't stop oders coming in - we know you have to get things done before Christmas.
On most products - plenty of stock - December main stock delivery came in a couple of days late.
Royal Mail - up to 2kg - up to 4kg if necessary. - everything going out daily. Thereafter service seems OK unless you have problems in your area.
UPS - Larger/urgent UK. - Seems to be working fine.
DHL - most non UK. Disaster - we will be using an alternative (UPS where we can) - see the following notification
DHL have advised that they are unable to action any new collection requests for this week. Collections will resume from 13/12/2010. Please advise if you wish to cancel or change courier by phoning the number below. If you wish to wait for collection until next week please confirm by email advising date.
