Orders

The vast majority of orders will ship within 48 hours. In the rare event that a product is not immediately available, you will be contacted via email and asked if you want to keep the order live. OPUSalbums.com reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason and to return immediately, any monies taken by credit card or other means.

Product Description

We make every effort to clearly and fairly identify our products on our website and in any other promotional material. Price comparisons and other product information are collected from manufacturers' specifications and advertised prices.

Shipping Policy

Unless exceptional circumstances apply there is just one delivery charge for any order however small and however large.

This is:
For UK -                       £3.83 (£4.50 inc VAT)
For rest of Europe -   £7.50 (£8.81 inc VAT, where applicable)
For rest of world -      £24.50 (no VAT) 

Overnight courier or regular postage is used depending on which provides the most economical service.  Should faster delvery be required, the delivery charge will be at cost plus a £5 handling fee.

Damage in Transit

If you take delivery of any product from us and either the package or the contents appear to be damaged in transit, you can return the product to us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange. Please e-mail for returns number address and note on the envelope or box your Account Reference shown on the delivery note. No prior correspondence is necessary and your replacement will be sent by return.

Defective Product

If you consider that you have a defective or incorrect product please email customer service (Contact@opusalbums.com) and you will be contacted with two working days. If we cannot resolve the issue, you will be given a returns number and the product replaced.

Retention of Title

OPUSalbums.com retains title to all goods supplied until such time as they have been fully paid for.

Warranty and No-Quibble Return Policy

All goods are sold with a full twelve month warranty (see the section above for our Returns Policy).

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any of our products they may be returned for full refund. Contact customer services (Contact@opusalbums.com) to be issued with a returns number. Do note that in order to return goods for refund only one of each product ordered may have been ordered. The remainder must be returned in their original packaging, in merchantable condition together with the opened products.
